The Vision Behind the Movement

Women Leaders Club was founded by Daniela Baumann — entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, author of THE FINEST WOMEN LEADERS INT:, and leadership mentor.

Daniela’s journey began as a financially struggling single mother in Dubai. Through resilience, bold decision-making, and unwavering self-belief, she built 15 successful studios and led a team of 75 women — proving that leadership is created through courage, not circumstances.

Today, she speaks internationally about ownership, visibility, and leadership positioning, inspiring women to step into rooms with confidence and clarity.

Her mission is clear:
To create elevated, structured environments where ambitious women are not only connected — but strategically positioned.

This club is exclusively for women who are in a financially stable situation! We welcome women from different backgrounds, industries and regions who share the common goal of making a difference in the world.

The membership is valid for one year and will be automatically renewed for another year. If you do not cancel it by email at least one month before it expires to contact@womenleadersevents.com
